Not to mention that she and her team took care of us and our home when we had to move prior to selling. Unfortunately the market slowed but Lisa provided good counsel and our home sold! Lisa stays VERY busy - a good sign for a Realtor... if you get a Realtor who is not busy, then you have the WRONG Realtor. I called Lisa after finding her success rating on Zillow and the very next day we met at our home and she took pictures of our home, had comps to show us how much we could sell our house for based on other sales in the area and she even gave us advice on staging if we were to start showing and put our home on the market. We were unable to sell our home because of the market conditions and the difference in what we owed and what we could sell our home for based on the comps and appraisals. Lisa made the suggestion that we list our home for rent and start looking for another home. We considered it and went for it. Luckily for us - she posted our home for rent on the MLS and it rented in ONE DAY! We have outstanding tenants as a result. We looked at 56 houses - and Lisa personally toured 12 different houses with us. When you are with Lisa, you are her first and only priority. She is AWESOME. One thing I will note though, this ladys work ethic is out of this world! We found our dream home (which was a foreclosure) and she went to work on it - calling the bank, listing agent, even stopping contractors in the street as they were coming to perform service to gain details for us about the home. She goes above and beyond the call of duty. She cares about people. We loved working with Lisa and we would recommend her to ANYONE. You can guarantee that she will work hard for you, just be patient if she doesnt get back to you right away - this lady works from sun up to sun down- I cant tell you how many nights I talked to her at 9 PM because that was the only time we could connect because of my work schedule or her leaving clients after showings and driving home at that time. I am a very impatient person sometimes so I would get frustrated if I didnt hear back from her right away - dont worry though - she WILL call you or text you back. And above all else, trust her - she will do all she can to make YOUR deal work for YOU. Shes a great buyer and seller agent. I will be using Lisa for years to come!
