I do not even know where to start. Lisa went above and beyond on our home sale. It was a more complicated transaction with a loan assumption and an out-of-state move. From talking us out of spiraling during the home-prep process to keeping an eye on our vacant home while we waited for our closing date, and everything in between, Lisa was there. She has an incredible ability to be empathetic and understanding while still providing exceptional guidance with professionalism. Oh my gosh, Lisa was AMAZING! She was positive and encouraging throughout the whole listing, selling and buying process! Perhaps, most notable, was how she helped me find MY perfect house in the very popular Carillon of Plainfield community. While looking at one house (lovely, but didn't check all my boxes), Lisa noticed activity around a dumpster at a house across the street. She went over and started a conversation with the young men hauling stuff out of the house. Longer story short, the not-yet-listed house, with the basement I wanted, is now mine and I know all about the original owner family and the "Grandma Trees" out back. All because Lisa said, "I'll be right back."

Lisa was great to work with! Did a great job of getting us ready to sell. She was there every step of the way, from our open house, to the amazing photographer that took pictures of our home, to getting us 13 offers. Lisa was amazing! From the day I hired her, to the day my house was sold, which was less than two weeks, everything went smoothly. Lisa even went above and beyond when our moving trailer caught fire and we lost our belongings. She not only showed up at the incident, but also helped to raise some money for my daughter and I to get us started. Lisa is more than a realtor to us, shes our friend!
