ReviewLisa was perfect for our situation. I was selling vacant land while living in another state. She was very professional from the beginning. She took care of every detail prepping the property, taking pictures from just the right angle, and had contacts for some cleaning work that made the difference in the end. I have a couple of other properties I was to sell and Lisa is the person I will use. Don't hesitate to give her a chance when selling or buying real estate. Denny

Review Lisa went above and beyond when selling our property. We had been trying to sell a vacant lot for about two years with zero luck. Once we started working with Lisa everything changed. We had people interested immediately. She is very knowledgeable and gave us great advice that helped us get more out of the sale than we expected. The way she advertises is outstanding. It was a pleasure working with Lisa she made the entire process of selling easy and enjoyable.

Review Lisa Marelli was outstanding in every aspect of this sale, from original listing, pricing and assistance in negotiation. I live across the country and never had to make a trip to Michigan to complete this sale. This was an estate sale which normally has some difficulties but not this time. She knew the ropes and we got it done without a hitch.

Review It was truely a pleasure working with Lisa Marelli on the sale of my home. She took the time to evaluate the propety and my uniuqe house. Lisa Marelli was always upfront with me on expectations and realistic on the value of the property. Lisa Marelli was willing to look outside the box on ways to market this property and was great at informing other agents on the aspects of the house and property. She always came in with a great attidude, was willing to answer any odd questions, explained the whole process, and was always optomistic! She really knew the local area and the market. Not only was Lisa Marelli a great Realtor to work with but she also became a great friend! Thank you Lisa for helping me be able to chase my childhood dream of moving to Alaska!

Review My fiance and I were looking for a home big enough for our new little family. Lisa was great at listening to what we wanted in a home and made sure to let us know her opinion on the houses that we saw. It was our first time working with a realtor and she did an amazing job making us feel comfortable. If she saw something wrong with a house that we didn't see she made sure to let us know. She was great about staying in our price range and helping us negotiate. Over all Lisa did an absolutely amazing job helping us find the perfect home for us. I will definitely be using her again if we decide to move in the future!

Review Lisa was an amazing realtor to work with on the purchase of our new home for our family. She went above and beyond to not just sell us any old house, but to sell us the house to fit our family and our needs. She really worked with us as a family, our lender, the sellers, and making sure everything in the house was in perfect condition before the sell. She takes time to get to know each individual she is selling to. Our experience with her was easy, comfortable, and relaxing. We will definitely be referring her to any friends and family in the future.

Review This is a very difficult market to buy a house in. Lisa Hayes was by far the best realtor I have ever purchased a home with. She was a Rockstar at helping us find the perfect location for my family. She was creative in helping write the perfect offer that our seller could not refuse. She was like a guard dog fighting to protect my family. She helped us find things we did not know about to protect the health of our family. Even when it came time to choose a lender she made sure we new about every lending possibility in our aera so that we could make an informed decision that saved us money. Lisa was immediately responsive to all of our questions. She displayed a wealth of knowledge in this industry. She always took time to explain things we did not understand. If I ever have to buy another house she will be the first person I call! :)

Review It's a sad fact that in this day and age people are all too often quick to complain and criticize when a good or service fails to meet their usually unreasonable high expectations, yet just as often reticent to praise or compliment when either exceeds those expectations. The decline in product quality and service over the last few decades is a major factor. I'm old enough to remember a time when people took pride in their work and adhered to the adage "If it's not done right, it's not done". Fortunately, however, even these days you will occassionally run across that one individual that far exceed even the highest expectations. Such a person is Lisa Hayes. My recent dealings with Ms. Hayes provided the ultimate test of courtesy, patience and professionalism. Suffice it to say, it was a disaster on my end, wasting a great deal of her time and efforts. Though despite it all she never flinched. In my book she hit Triple A's across the board. You couldn't ask for a better agent, not just in the Jackson area, but anywhere.
