ZillowVERIFIEDWorking with Lisa has been an absolute dream. Her friendly and approachable demeanor made it easy for us to quickly establish a connection and forge the trusting relationship needed to embark on the home buying process. Lisa took time to get to know me, my wants/needs in a residence and paid attention to every single detail. At this point, I can say Lisa may know me better than I know myself! She listened, consoled, counseled and advised me in all aspects of the process and through all the tricks and turns of my journey. I had so many questions (so many) and Lisa made me feel well informed after our (many) discussions and not once like the true novice I was. It also stands to note that Lisa is by far the most resourceful human I have ever met. I am so appreciative and grateful for all of her help; Lisa was a true warrior by my side. I felt protected, respected and confident every step of the way. I started with a realtor and gained a new home and life long friend. It doesnt get get much better than that!

ZillowVERIFIED Lisa was available 100% of the time. She answered every phone call, quick on getting paper work together and showed us several homes until we found the perfect one. She is professional and reliable. I have recommended her to everyone I have met who is buying and selling.

ZillowVERIFIED Literally my go two! I have used Lisa twice in buying two houses and the experience was STELLAR! A true professional, nothing gets by her. She will give you her honest opinion every step of the way. Completely responsive at all hours! She also knows Elmwood Park and the surrounding areas like the back of her hand! I would recommend her time and time again.

Lisa is a whirlwind of motivation, very professional, knowledgeable and honest yet very friendly. She hit the ground running with innovative ideas, very good at virtual staging., planning a course of action, and following through. We received an offer within 7 days! It was a pleasure to work with her.

ZillowVERIFIED I am a Real Estate Broker in another state and I hired Lisa Graziani-Divito to list my house in Illinois... Lisa is a complete professional who went out of her way to make sure that the transaction went smoothly. She listed my house in the middle of winter in Chicagoland and SOLD it in 6 days!

ZillowVERIFIED From first contact to final sale of house, Lisa was knowledgeable, invested, available, and dedicated to selling our home. Lisa is a top notch professional. Her advice to us was very helpful in preparation for putting the house on the market and the Open House. She was very present throughout the process and provided good guidance in negotiations with the buyer. Her cheerful and engaging personality made our selling experience very positive. We highly recommend Lisa for any realtor needs you might have.
