Lisa and her team of professional were a godsend to me and my husband when we were selling our home. I had just broken both my feet and couldnt walk and my husband found out he had terminal cancer. I don't always take the time to write a review but in this case, I felt I must. My wife and I needed to sell ur home and move half way across the country. Her relocation package included 2 Realtors to choose from in Florida and 2 in Texas, (where we moved). After interviewing with both we were a bit discouraged as both Realtors on the Florida side indicated to us that after 5 years of living in our home we would most likely not get what we initially paid for it and we would take a loss. We did not accept that and opted to find a Real Estate agent ourselves. Like a prayer being answered from above the very next day we received a flyer in the mail from Lisa advertising the power of having your home professionally staged. We called her and set up a meeting and right from the start we knew she was the one. During the listing meeting she explained everything about the staging and professional photographer she uses and got to work almost immediately. Within a few days the stagers were in our home and handled everything perfectly. The next day the photographers came in and did an excellent job capturing the stagers visions and within a few days our home was on the market. Let me just say our house was on the market only 2 days and we received an above ask offer and happily accepted. Lisa was absolutely amazing during this process. As you can imagine selling and purchasing a home can be very stressful, Lisa was there with us every step of the way. Every call and text was respond to and the service just couldn't have been better. She coordinated the paperwork with the lenders and agents at new location to be sure everything was on schedule and working to plan. Her attention to detail is unrivaled, she even found us a cleaning company to clean the house once we had moved out to make it move in ready for the new owners! The only complaint I have is that I could not use her as my buying agent in new location as well. If you are looking for the absolute best, your search is over.
