She mentioned she was specializing in the buyer process, which was fantastic for us.Throughout the process, Brenda was absolutely amazing. Being extremely organized on our end, we sent her spreadsheets of all the home features and amenities that we liked in different homes, as well as a list of homes we wanted to see in person. She set everything up for the weekend we were available and led us on a full weekend of home tours. We luckily found the home we loved on the second day and she worked multiple late hours to ensure we could get our offer in ASAP. ZillowVERIFIED Dameon Cook with Team Forss once again has gone above and beyond what a realtor normally does. My sister and I reside in Texas and our parents (divorced and each had their own home) in San Diego wanted to move here to Texas to be closer to family. Dameon Cook listed both my moms and dads homes. There were issues with both homes that complicated things, but Dameon was right there and handled each and every issue that arose. If youve ever tried to sell a home from out of state, you know what I'm talking about. You rely heavily on your realtor and it requires a great deal of trust. When I had a junk hauler at my dads house, Dameon was there to speak on my behalf. If there was anything I didnt quite understand, she made sure she explained things in terms I could understand. My mom had to leave many items behind (furnishings, pictures, etc). Dameon Facetimed me to show me several family pictures that my sister wouldnt let her take with her to Texas. I asked Dameon to remove the pictures from their frames and mail them to me. My mom also forgot her favorite pillow that she sleeps with. Dameon mailed that to me as well. My mom was incredibly happy! My dad had left numerous tools and antique pictures. Dameon took it upon herself to sell what she could to get some extra cash for him. Not something youre average realtor is gonna do. Again, Dameon Cook always goes above and beyond her duties as a realtor. If you are thinking of selling or buying a home, I ABSOLUTELY 100% would recommend Dameon Cook with Team Forss! Best real estate agent experience ever!

ZillowVERIFIED As an Armed Forces Veteran and first-time home buyer, I couldn't have asked for a better realty team than Team Forss. Mike Kem was my agent, and his energy and dedication to the process were phenomenal. He helped me every step of the way from picking a home to recommending a better mortgage broker than the one I had, literally saving me THOUSANDS of dollars over the course of 30-years. Because of Mike's recommendation, my mortgage interest rate went from 3.375% to 2.877%. Initially, I had a different realtor who was nice but wasn't as helpful as I would have liked as a first-time homebuyer. However, Mike was the polar opposite and bombarded me with information on the first day of meeting him. It was a lot to take in at first, but slowly I recognized the value in his experience as a realtor. Mike was very communicative, texting and/or calling me with frequent updates at every step. Additionally, he is connected in the community with incredible hookups with various contractors for after-purchase updates. This experience will be the barometer that I use for all future home purchases. Thank you to Mike and his team for making my home buying experience one to remember.

Long story short, we are glad we ended up choosing a hard working and friendly agent such as Edan Trump from Team Forss. He explained the entire process many times, answered all our questions in a timely manner and guided us to see what is relevant and what is not when searching for a property. There where so many things that I missed that Edan pointed out and helped us consider. It's scary to go house hunting feeling unprepared but Edan really helped us fix that handicap!He was a real asset when it came to getting our offers on the table.
