From the very beginning they helped answer a lot of questions we had about buying new construction and working with a builder. Lisa told us everything we would need to do to start the process and make sure we were well prepared. She followed up frequently with us to answer questions and provide information. Lisa and Mark made themselves available for each walk through of the house and helped point out issues for the builder that needed to be fixed before we closed. In a few instances where we had trouble getting communication from the loan company and the title company Lisa, was ahead of the game and constantly reaching out to the companies on our behalf to make sure the process was moving forward. With Lisa we never had to worry about anything and the new home purchase went through without a hitch thanks to Lisa!

We first met Lisa and Mark when they were the realtors helping our son and daughter-in-law find their first home. My husband and I liked them immediately. They are very professional, knowledgeable realtors who truly get to know their clients likes and dislikes, are there with you every step of the way, but most important they are genuinely great people to work with. When it was time for us to buy a home nearer family, we naturally called Lisa. Again, it was a "great" experience to work with them because we knew they would find us just the "right home" and that they did. Then, when we were ready to put our prior home on the market, we again called Lisa. Lisa and Mark took over and fully explained how they would handle the sell. She gave us great, cost-effective suggestions for small improvements that we could do to get max price. She also understood that my husband and I wanted to downsize, and didn't try to show us homes that were larger than what we wanted, or outside of our budget like many agents will do. Her negotiation skills (bull dog) really helped us in getting the home we wanted and for the right price. She also has great contacts in the community and helped us to find quality inspectors and insurance professionals. She took videos for us to see and also Skype to show us around. We did find a house we liked and bought it long distance.
