Lisa and Mark are fantastic realtors and went above and beyond for us every step of the way. From the very beginning they helped answer a lot of questions we had about buying new construction and working with a builder. Lisa told us everything we would need to do to start the process and make sure we were well prepared. She followed up frequently with us to answer questions and provide information. Lisa and Mark made themselves available for each walk through of the house and helped point out issues for the builder that needed to be fixed before we closed. In a few instances where we had trouble getting communication from the loan company and the title company Lisa, was ahead of the game and constantly reaching out to the companies on our behalf to make sure the process was moving forward. With Lisa we never had to worry about anything and the new home purchase went through without a hitch thanks to Lisa!

Lisa helped us sell our home and buy a new one. Lisa gave us great advise on ideas to improve the showing of our property. She kept us well informed through the selling process of our home. Her work contributed to us accepting an offer after 16 days. She ensured that both us and the buyers stayed focused to closing on time. Lisa went above and beyond is helping us find our new home. We looked at so many homes and each time we knew she had our best interest in mind. Most importantly she listened... She took our list of must haves and wants and found a great house, knowing it would make it a great home for us. We hope this is our last home and we will not need her services again. BUT.... she would be my first call if that changes.

My favorite thing about this agent (and her partner) was the friendly and casual but professional feel they offered. They kept the communication minimal in the beginning (as we requested) while we were browsing. They checked in on us from time to time when they saw a few homes we had looked closely at but never too often. Once it became time for us to start looking they were very responsive and setting up appointments to view was a breeze on our end. We would find a few homes and send our expressed interest to view and have an appointment set up usually within 2 hours. We had a few sad times when we lost houses we really liked but it was for the good because we ended up with the perfect house with every feature we wanted (somehow)! She and her partner Mark became friends and had our back through the closing process, and even after they were finished with us they checked in and made sure the listing agent removed their left behind belongings. With them on our side, buying this home (first time home buyers) was not a complicated or stressful process at all.

This is the second time we use Lisa and Mark. The first time, about 4 years ago when we moved to Winter Garden from Virginia and bought our first house. So needless to say, that we love them! They sold our house within a month and helped us buy our new house. As always communication was amazing. We can tell that they had our interest at heart. I appreciated all their advice and help, from staging our house to sell, to the process of buying our new house. They are professional and very knowledgeable.
