Lisa has the qualities that make her an extremely successful, efficient, and effective realtor. She has high integrity, is conscientious and tenacious, and always keeps our best interests in mind. Though our real estate rentals were small transactions relative to the size of properties and transactions Lisa typically handles, she treated my husband and me with the same professionalism and courtesies as if our transaction was substantial with a big payday. One of the qualities Mark and I respected the most was her no-nonsense style. As busy individuals, we dont have time to waste with unnecessary idle chit-chat and pacification. From the very beginning, she was responsive and able to advise me on the purchase of a 55+ condo where time was of the essence since the bidding was competitive. I'm not from the area and knew little about it, so she provided me will all the information and guidance I needed. She was able to recommend other excellent professionals for help with the process: solid lawyer, excellent building inspector, etc. She could tell I didn't know the ropes, and gave me information for contacting the local utilities. And she followed up after the purchase asking if we needed anything. We will definitely recommend her and turn to her in the future.
