Lisa was a pleasure to work with, extremely competent in her job and very knowledgeable of the local market. She walked us through every stage of the process and proactively addressed issues and opportunities as they arose. Lisa was always there. Responsive, positive, encouraging and knowledgeable, she walked us the the entire process with ease and integrity. It's not always easy to find someone who is empathetic, caring and able to understand your questions and concerns, but she was always did. I never had to repeat myself. Later, we found out she had a background in retail management, which certainly made sense, given her abilty to manage process and people and solve anything that comes your way. I would highly recommend Lisa. We will certainly use her again should we be in the market again.
