Review My husband and I purchased a home with NextHome Team Ellis. We got a chance to work with Heather Basset and she NEVER gave up on us! She tour multiple homes, answered questions, walked us through the buying process, listened to our request, and made honest judgments about conditions of homes we were looking at. When we though all was lost, she pull EVERY resource out of her pockets and we ended up closing earlier on a home and getting out of our hotel! Not a moment too soon as the holidays are approaching! Review Trying to sell a home from another part of the country could have been extremely stressful and expensive for my family. Not with Lisa Ellis! She wore so many hats during our relationship with her: coordinating with tenants to inspect and photograph the house, keeping an eye on the property when those tenants moved away, arranging for affordable winterization and lawn care, meeting with utilities and, of course, listing and showing and negotiating the sale of our home. Throughout this entire process, Lisa was candid and responsive. She was always easy to reach, day or evening, weekday or weekend. She has lived in the area and sold real estate in the area for a long time, so you can trust her analysis and recommendations.
