Really disappointed on the lack of communication regarding Mason Lane. I reached out to see the property over a week ago, I was in San Mateo looking at other apts but was told a tenant was in the house and they would call me at a later time for a showing. I was very interested and called back one other time before today. I then called back 5/14 to be told "so many people wanted the house" they chose 4 and now the house is gone. I reached out the day this apt was released and find it very disheartening that the lack of response and communication from this agent caused me to lose the ability to get a new home.

Lisa Eccleston saved my sanity during the sale of my Pacifica home. After several painful and frustrating weeks with indecisive buyers who yo-yo'd yes/no/yes/no/yes/no endlessly, missing contract and contingency signing deadlines, Lisa fully supported me in cancelling the contract and pursuing another buyer. I had already purchased a condo in Oregon, was traveling back and forth between Pacifica and Portland and I was an exhausted emotional wreck. Lisa reassured me repeatedly and continued to work with a second buyer while I was living in both cities but mostly out of state. The second buyer completed the purchase during the Bay Area "shelter in place" and one day before the entire state of California was mandated to stay home.
