She sold both prior listings in a 2 week time frame with settlement in 3 to 4 weeks! I would not list with anyone else. She treats the sale like it is her own to sell and gets them to closing timely by following up on all the details. Thank you so much Lisa and I am ready for more magic next week. Stacey Geiman

ZillowVERIFIEDMy boyfriend and I just recently settled on our new home. We move in next Friday and we could not be more excited. This is our first home and let me just say, nervous was an understatement. We had never rented/owned a home before so we weren't sure everything to expect. I cannot thank Lisa enough for all that she has done for us. She spent countless hours on her OWN time helping us look for houses. She spent a number of days to go to the houses with us and look at them - even on football Sunday while the ravens were playing!!! - that's dedication. Our home that we recently settled was only on the market 2 days before we fell in love and knew we had to have it. That night Lisa started all the paperwork and had it sent immediately. We knew within a couple of days that our offer was accepted!! Lisa is an amazing realtor and is completely honest, she is not going to tell you what "you wanna hear." If you ever need an agent - Lisa Diggs is the one to call!!!!!
ZillowVERIFIEDWe used Lisa to purchase our first home. She spent the better part of a year looking at what felt like 100 houses before we found the perfect one for us in 2011. She has the patience of a saint to deal with a client like myself and my husband, who both turned out to be pickier than we thought we'd be. She got us a great deal on our home, and we would use her again if we intend to buy or sell in the future. Thanks!
