Lisa by far the best person to be able to help us find a property that met our needs, which were very specific. She is very personable, diligent in her work and easy to work with as well as very trustworthy. She was always very prompt to respond via phone, text and email not matter what. She never once pressured us to buy a specific home just to close a deal. She also set up a custom search as well as was very patient and showed us many homes to ensure we got the perfect home. She was conscience of our price range and made sure we stayed in that. Her experience and industry knowledge allowed her to be able to point out areas of potential concern and help with information during all parts of the process from showings to the offer, inspection, purchase and sale, attorney, closing and much more. She was always looking out for our best interests and negotiated creatively and very aggressively to ensure our interests were met without leaving any stone unturned. Even during an intense negotiation she was patient and experienced while providing the guidance and assistance needed to ensure our best interests were met. She kept us informed step by step during the entire process. I can not imagine going through this process with anyone besides Lisa. I will only use Lisa for any future real estate transactions and will strongly recommend Lisa to all friends and family members. In addition, I had a tentative agreement with an investor who was ready to purchase my property for pennies on the dollar because I had accepted a job in a different state, and needed to offload my property quickly. But when Lisa walked in the day before I was to finalize an agreement with the investor, there was no doubt I was going to list my property with her. Her initial presentation showed that she had done thorough research about the property and the market. She was patient and took time to answer every question I had about the listing process and her approach. Information was organized in a straightforward manner and I had clear understanding of her strategy for listing and generating interest. I am extremely impressed because Lisa followed her plan meticulously and the property sold within the agreed time for the designated price. It was HUD owned property, so the process was much more difficult compared to regular sale, but she successfully navigated around all obstacles and brought us to the closing, just in time.
