As a buyer's agent she helped us clarify the characteristics we were looking for and hoped us identify properties that matched those characteristics. Because she had experience with renovation and new construction, she also helped us envision ways certain properties could be modified to fit what we wanted and the costs of doing so. She was also very good at giving us a sense of what properties true values were, and how fast they were likely to sell. She helped us win a bidding war for the home we ultimately selected, with a solid strategy and savvy negotiating in a very competitive market. As a seller's agent, she gave good advice for what work was worth investing, and she devised a successful strategy for creating high interest in our home. Ultimately, we had many over-asking price bidders. Generally, Lisa is highly a sophisticated in terms of knowledge and strategy, and she is also highly responsive.

ZillowVERIFIED 1939 built property in desirable Lower Merion community of Penn Valley. Property consisted of two deeded lots; house and vacant land side yard. Although we preferred to sell the properties as a package to maintain open space for the community, Lisa advised that our return would be maximized if property was sold in two lots unless single purchaser came forward. Lisa produced a "developer" interested/willing to purchase vacant land side yard almost immediately as well as facilitated a negotiation that sold the house. When challenges arose to the development of the vacant land, Lisa successfully maintained developer interest in the vacant land lot ultimately enabling the land to be sold achieving both our financial and community objectives 4 minutes before midnight when one of the Buyer Contingency periods was due to end. Lisa leads a responsive and supportive staff. Of critical note, Lisa works 36 hour days/7 days per week/365 days a year and is always prompt in her response. I can recommend her without reservation.
