Lisa Chudzicki

Lisa has made a career of "serving clients first." Her persistent dedication has resulted in numerous Top Producer awards as well as membership in the Coldwell Banker Diamond Society, which is awarded to the top 13% of Coldwell Banker sales associates worldwide. Lisa has been providing excellent service for her clients since 2001 and brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise with regard to buying and selling real estate.

Lisa recognizes that when people are searching for the ideal home to purchase or are preparing to sell their most valuable asset, the experience can become emotionally overwhelming. She remarks on what makes the quality of her real estate transactions superior, "I evaluate my client's needs thoroughly; this involves an extensive assessment of properties and all the minute details that will coincide with their goals." Lisa constantly updates her clients until the last detail of the transaction is completed. Prior to entering the residential real estate industry, Lisa enjoyed over 15 years as an employee of the Walt Disney Company. She was instrumental in the production of numerous entertainment and marketing events, parades, shows and large scale promotions worldwide. Lisa acquired a solid business background while with Disney, including managing details, effective planning, establishing and meeting deadlines, negotiating, communication and multitask coordinating.

Today, her real estate clients appreciate the strength of the marketing and business capabilities she has strengthened throughout the years. Lisa is an alumnus of California State University Fullerton where she earned her Bachelor of Arts in Communication with an emphasis in Advertising. As a member of the American Advertising Federation Team, Lisa traveled throughout the country to participate in collegiate competitions. A native of Southern California, Lisa has lived in Orange County her entire life. She observed, "There is nothing quite like Southern California's network of beautiful parks, golf courses and coastlines where the sun, sand and sea meet to create an array of recreational activities - all of which I enjoy!"
