Lisa Camacho Szeto, with Keller Williams Classic Realty, is by far the best! She truly listens, is straight forward and honest. In every step of the process, Lisa worked hard and fought for the best in every situation. She literally coached the buyer's agent on what she needed to do to keep the deal from falling apart. Every single week, sometimes more than once, she generated leads to bring to walk-through our home. Sometimes, it wasn't a buyer. It might be another realtor or a contact of Lisa's who had a broad network of people for whom the house might be a fit. When other agents wouldn't list for the price I felt we needed to start at, Lisa listened, understood and started very close to my preferred asking price and then closed at 98% of asking price, saving us nearly $10k over 3 other realtors' strategies.
