When we listed our house on the market, she priced it so competitively that it started a bidding war and got us a lot more money than we had hoped for. When we bought our home in Union County, she was so on top of the walk throughs. When we completed our first walk through and noticed that there was a lot of junk still left in the house, she coordinated with the other agent for another walk through to make our closing go perfectly. With her advisement and expertise, we prepped and staged our place, and secured a buyer on our open house. We sold it so quick, we had to find a new place sooner than we figured, but Lisa and her partner Wendy were there to help with that. Lisa was there every step of the way and helped make selling and buying a new home as painless as possible. Lisa and Wendy are people you can put complete trust into! During both our house hunts from five years ago and this summer, Lisa was extremely helpful in uncovering everything before putting any money down. We came across so many potential places which we loved, but thanks to her diligence, we were able to filter out any potential problem with those places. Eventually, we found THE PERFECT home and it's all thanks to Lisa! If I could give her 10/5 stars I would.

ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I worked with Lisa Brown and her partner, Wendy Carpenter, multiple times. She helped us purchase our first home, and more recently helped us sell and purchase a new home. Her and Wendy's motto is "a partnership that works" and that phrase doesn't do them justice, because they go above and beyond. Lisa is extremely responsive, and open to what you are looking for. You don't even have to tell her what you're looking for, as she can pick up on what you like based on the homes she brings you in. When we were prepping to sell our house, she gave us a list of items that we could do to help it sell, and as my husband and I made the changes we would text her with pictures to show her updates, and she would give us feedback. She even brought in a stager which helped us immensely. She talked us through the process, and her strategy for getting our house sold (and it worked, as we had an offer immediately after our open house). We were having a hard time with our attorney too, and she ended up helping us through the horrors of that. I would recommend Lisa (and Wendy!) if you are looking to sell your house and purchase. I wouldn't turn to anyone else.
