ZillowVERIFIED We are extremely thankful that we found Lisa Biddle for our realtor. We could not have asked for a more knowledgeable, professional, discreet, smart handler of our sensitive job relocation process. Lisa obliged us by starting the process early so we could get things rolling as soon as able to go public. Expert comps, pricing, great photos, and advertising got us an offer extended the very day of first posting! From there things continued to go smoothly with Lisa going above and beyond, even assisting us in finding the perfect realtor to help us into our new home. We couldn't be more thankful for Lisa's expertise and caring ways. Anna is fortunate to have such an outstanding and upstanding realtor! Thanks so much, Lisa!

ZillowVERIFIED Lisa provides outstanding service! She truly tries to understand everything that is important to her clients and helps them balance all aspects of the transaction from location to financing to inspections. She's very well connected in the area and can make things move very quickly if needed. I was recently in a situation where I needed to move very quickly and Lisa quickly listened to my requirements and provided an array of options to meet my needs.

ZillowVERIFIED I searched and read a lot of reviews and decided to pick Lisa Biddle to be our realtor to buy our first house. I am SO thankful I picked her to be our realtor! Lisa is so great. She was always easy to reach anytime by email, phone, or even text whenever I needed her. She always responded quickly and helped me in any way she possibly could. I asked tons and tons of questions being as we were first time homebuyers, and she was so patient and helpful! She showed us house after house, and a lot of them on the same day they came on the market. We finally found our perfect house and she was great at negotiating and getting us the price we wanted. I would reccomend Lisa to anyone who wants an AMAZING, helpful, friendly, honest realtor to help them buy their house. Thank you Lisa!

ZillowVERIFIED Lisa was so patient with me & understood what I needed & liked. In this difficult for buyer's market she navigated me through the process. We looked at houses in Anna, Melissa, Allen, & McKinney. After a bit, I decided Anna was too far & Melissa didn't have much to offer. It was between Allen & McKinney. I'm sure we looked at 40-50 houses all together & I lost 3 or 4 that I was overbid on. I finally found one in McKinney that was perfect for me in an area that I love. If you are looking for a great realtor, call Lisa Biddle at Keller Williams in McKinney. She will make you comfortable at first meeting & will go the extra mile to find the home perfect for you!!

ZillowVERIFIED Lisa worked with my mother (who is a senior) and did a fantastic job! My mom lived by herself and needed to realistically attain the maximum price for her home- to use the profits for her future residence (a senior living facility). Lisa had a plan and did just as we expected (which is rare these days). Additionally, she went above and beyond (after the sale) in assisting my husband and I work out details with my mom's move-out. We found her to be an honest, kind and hard working professional.

ZillowVERIFIED I highly recommend Lisa Biddle. She was patient, professional, and knowledgeable about the housing climate in Collin County. She was a great help in selling my townhouse from the beginning and in helping me close the sale while I was out of state. Lisa was recommended by another realtor and after interviewing her versus other realtors, the recommendation was confirmed. She had the best marketing and advertising strategy! Great service.

ZillowVERIFIED We are first time home buyers and lacked knowledge on the home buying process. We are so lucky to have found Lisa. She is very thorough in explaining the process so there was never any confusion. She almost always answers her phone and she returns phone calls within minutes. We found our dream house the first day she took us out to see houses. It was slightly out of our price range but she was able to get the sellers to come down on the price and pay all of the closing costs. We actually got $1000 back at closing! Yay!! She did all of the leg work for us. I had no idea buying a house would be so easy. I will definitely recommend Lisa to friends and family looking for a real estate agent and I won't hesitate to use her to buy my second home.
