It was during the pandemic housing frenzy and due to our limited budget, it took us close to 3 months before finding the right one. ZillowVERIFIEDWhen I decided to move back from Manchester to my hometown of Willimantic Jordan Gardiner was recommended to me. I was hesitant to use her because she was a new realtor. There was quite a few issues with my buying and selling a home and I wasn't sure if she could handle my needs. I decided to give this young lady a chance and emailed her. Within 15 minutes I had a response from Jordan and we made a date for her and I to meet the following afternoon. I knew I was going to sign on with this young lady before we finished our coffee! She was everything I wanted when looking for a realtor. My calls....and there were lots.....were answered usually within the hour and if she didn't know the answer Jordan would find a senior co-worker to ask. She sold my house in 22 days and got me in my new home before the closing of my Manchester home! If there is ever a time I decide to move again I will contact Ms. Gardiner and no one else!
