ZillowVERIFIED This is my second time working with Lisa Ball. The first time I used her services I was a first time home buyer and she explained all the lingo commonly used. I truly learned so much. So when the time came for my in-laws to buy a home closer to my family I knew Lisa would be our agent. With our pre-approval, we contacted Lisa on Friday and by Sunday we had a great list of home potentials. When we chose a home to purchase in the few days after, she helped us make a great offer. Safe and smart contingencies in this difficult market she helped our offer to get accepted and under contract. With the inspection period being a week she was able to meet us and make herself available to help our contractors access the home. Being available to answer our texts and calls right away and Lisa felt like a friend . Lisa and the lender were able to work together flawlessly to let us know what we needed they helped us close in 30 days. Lisa knows the market, neighborhoods, list of previous contractors, lenders and was honest in her opinions. And she is excelente on giving opinions and a person to trust and very friendly person
