ZillowVERIFIEDWe used Lisa to help us find a home that spanned a longer time than we hoped thanks to the pandemic. She was aggressive in trying to find a home that met our needs, which was painfully difficult during this time, and was patient and supportive while we searched. Lisa is an outstanding agent who sets the bar high. She has a great reputation within the local real estate market and she has an incredible network that has been built over many years. She works quickly, and always had background information and paperwork within seemingly minutes of requesting a showing or interest in a property whether it was requested or not. Amazing availability - if unavailable to show a property herself, she will find someone who can. You will not miss out on a showing. Lisa always has your personal interest in mind and will see you through until you find what you are looking for. We will definitely use Lisa again if we decide to sell our current home or are in the market for another purchase, and cannot offer a higher recommendation. You will not be disappointed if you choose her as your realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED Id literally never use anyone except Lisa, as long as shes a realtor. Super responsive, she helped us sell over asking despite the master bath being under construction.

ZillowVERIFIED We have purchased two properties and sold one with Lisa. Most recently a townhouse in the highly desirable and competitive Claremont Village (LA County). She is fantastic to work with and we cant recommend her enough. With her advice weve never lost out on a competitive bid. We have worked with other agents too and Lisa shines when it comes to managing the details and looking out for our best interests throughout the process. She is consistent, responsive, and has helped us maximize our dollar repeatedly. From negotiating prices, to listing correctly, to helping us make decisions about how to fix up a property to sell (for top dollar!), and to navigating the sometimes tricky process, Lisa is the best weve ever seen. After working with Lisa, we have come to respect her not just as a great agent, but also a friend. Youd be in great hands working with Lisa!

ZillowVERIFIED We cant imagine buying a house without Lisa. She did a masterful job of walking us through the home-buying process. Lisas extensive experience was evident at every step of the way. My wife and I were first-time buyers and really appreciated her willingness and ability to thoroughly answer all of our questions. She let us go through the search process at our own pace, which gave us the confidence to find exactly what we wanted. Lisa made a potentially stressful & anxious time sincerely special and we will never forget it.

ZillowVERIFIED Ashley was an absolute joy to work with. From the time we met her until the time we closed on our first house she was extremely helpful and professional. She walked us through the process and advocated for us to really get the home of our dreams. She never pressured us and even negotiated with the sellers while she was on vacation in a time zone many hours different! We feel as though she is part of the family. We actually miss seeing her now that weve closed and moved into our house. Would highly recommend her!

ZillowVERIFIED Lisa was an attentive and great real estate. We went in kind of just exploring possibilities with no prior experience in real estate buying but Lisa made us feel at ease, showing us multiple properties and providing unique insight to many matters as well as rapidly providing us with requested documents. We would gladly work with her again.

ZillowVERIFIED This woman is truly exceptional. She is not only razor sharp smart, she is genuinely kind and caring. She is thoughtful when dealing with real estate decisions, she provides several options to consider and holds your hand every step of the way. I love her like a sister. Once you get to know her, you will see what I mean. Shes one of the good ones. ;) Stands far above many other realtors Ive encountered, hands down.

ZillowVERIFIED Lisa is professional, knowledgeable, efficient, effective. We highly recommend her. Five stars is not a high enough rating. She had innovative ideas on staging the property, recommending some improvements to enhance the showing of the unit, and was marvelous in the marketing and photographing of our property to reach the widest audience in the best possible manner.

ZillowVERIFIED Lisa is absolutely amazing! She stuck with us, putting offers in and working more than one property, and helped us get a great deal, really taking care of us and looking out for our needs. She negotiated things we never would have thought of and got them! I would absolutely recommend Lisa Ashley to anyone! She knows the area and more importantly knows the other agents which is a HUGE plus! You could buy a home with another agent but you?d be making a big mistake...

ZillowVERIFIED It?s like having an attorney, Real estate agent, and concerned friend all in one! We dare not approach another property to buy or sale without her expertise right beside us anyway! If you?re on the fence let this be the push that gets you over the edge to sign up with the best...Were so happy she came on board as our agent!!!

ZillowVERIFIED I listed my condo in the winter season and expected it would be a tough environment for a seller. Lisa worked very hard, holding 2 open house events and doing her best to create interest. She gave me some valuable advice on how to best present my property. Lisa produced a good offer in a very reasonable amount of time. She worked with the buyers agent and understood that buyers motivation, which helped the negotiation. process I was very pleased with Lisa and would recommend her.
