My mom needed to relocate to the Charlotte area quickly, and we were connected to Lisa, Taylor, and Kerri at Live Love Homes through my moms local Keller Williams agent. From the moment we were introduced, the team sprang into action and immediately began sending listings for us to review. We arrived in town on Tuesday and started touring the properties we had selected. By Friday, my mom was receiving the keys to her new place. It was an incredibly smooth and efficient experience. Taylor was kind, attentive, and persistent in helping my mom find a place she truly loved. She patiently answered all of our questions and, when small hiccups arose, stepped in right away to keep everything moving forward. Kerri was equally fantastic, carefully reviewing the lease agreement and making sure everything met our expectations. She also went the extra mile to keep communication flowing between everyone involved so that the owners agent received my moms payment promptly and the process stayed on track. Lisa kindness and professionalism will always be remembered. I would not have been able to sell my house without her help, I'm so thankful to have had her by my side during such a challenging time. She was incredibly smart in dealing with my situation given my separation from my husband and the many challenges that came with it. Despite the obstacles my husband created to halt the process and his refusal to cooperate .Lisa commitment to the sale not only reassured me but also made an incredibly stressful time much more bearable. I truly admire the way she handled my husbands difficult behavior and how she never gave up on me or the process.
