We arrived in town on Tuesday and started touring the properties we had selected. By Friday, my mom was receiving the keys to her new place. It was an incredibly smooth and efficient experience. Taylor was kind, attentive, and persistent in helping my mom find a place she truly loved. She patiently answered all of our questions and, when small hiccups arose, stepped in right away to keep everything moving forward. Kerri was equally fantastic, carefully reviewing the lease agreement and making sure everything met our expectations. She also went the extra mile to keep communication flowing between everyone involved so that the owners agent received my moms payment promptly and the process stayed on track. ZillowVERIFIED We purchased our hime in April 2017, it was the worst experience imaginable. We only meet her at closing. She used an assistant to show us homes who was less than accommodating and extreme pushy. Normally, agents will at the very least, send you a Thank you note for purchasing a home with them. Nope. We couldn't even get her to return our calls about issues. Find another agency. Live, Love only loves their pay checks.

ZillowVERIFIED We hired Lisa and her team and had a bad experience. They put bad pictures of our house on internet which we caught and they had to correct. They did not provide good advice on pricing and did not follow up adequately when feedback from potential buyers showed our house as a top contender. We also had a person write us that they were interested in our house and Lisa's team would not call them back. We had difficulty reaching agents assigned to us and got conflicting information from different members of her team. We wrote to KW corporate offices and basically got a letter from the law offices saying they weren't responsible as the local KW offices are a franchise. Lisa has let us out of the contract but they lost our paperwork and some of the keys to our house. Just one more example of our bad experience.

ZillowVERIFIED I absolutely LOVED working with Larry & Lisa! They are both so sweet and no matter when I called and asked to see a house, they always made accomodations. I would definitely recommend them! I was not, however happy with the inspection service we received from Diamond Inspection. We have been in our new home for almost 7 months and have still not resolved the issues with this company. I definitely DO NOT recommend them!!!!!!!!.....but DEFINITELY use Team Ludlow!! :):):)
