ZillowVERIFIED Working with Lindsey was awesome in every way - I never had to worry about something falling through the cracks, or whats next as Lindsey was always getting action items done on time, and to expectation, and then informing me what was on the horizon. She was also wonderful in dealing with all the other moving parts of the house buying transaction and was one of the best project managers Ive ever dealt with. Being new to the area I had very little to no knowledge of the market, or what to look for. Lindsey had a well of information, she had many conversations with me on what I was looking for, and then provided multiple houses to look at. After dialing it in a bit I found the house I was looking for! During the offer/negotiating stage of the transaction we hit a few rough spots as the property had some damage dealt to it from a storm that came through the area. Lindsey displayed awesome professionalism not only with me, but the sellers of the property as well, which helped the transaction along, without her guidance Im certain the deal would have fell through. The next time im in the market to buy or sell a house I wont even consider another agent. Highly recommended and awesome to work with!

One of the trips, I mentioned a home I really liked. Lindsey was able to arrange a viewing that same day. There are many choices in the Castle Rock area and all require traveling. After viewing many homes I can honestly say Lindsey knows the area well. I had a unique real estate situation that Lindsey guided me through. This situation prevented me from buying a home through her.
