Lindsey was able to assist me every step of the way as a new home buyer. She was very responsive, listened to my needs and wants, and continued to keep my spirits high in a sellers market.

We are very grateful to Lindsey Winkheart. She found us our forever home at a later in life time when we have certain special needs. She found exactly what we needed and hoped to find. She is kind, and understanding of our needs. She is a great person and a excellent Realtor. Thank you Lindsey. We love our home. One year as of June 25th.

Lindsey is astute, perceptive and knowledgeable. She listens and looks for clues as to what you are looking for in order to try and deliver it. Shes savvy. Never missed a beat and has great negotiation skills. She represented me and looked after my interests because I was her client. I loved working with her and bought two properties that without her guidance I would have never found and or bought. This is the broker you want to help you buy or sell a property.
