ZillowVERIFIED Lindsey is by far the best real estate agent I have ever worked with. I have worked with several realtors around the country selling various properties I have owned. I was dreading selling my house in the Melbourne, FL are because I hadnt had good experience. From the moment I met Lindsey she put my mind at ease. She took the time to answer all my silly questions. Secondly, she ALWAYS returned my calls, emails, and texts promptly. Her great communication makes her well ahead of her peers. The third reason for this review is the fact that she hired a professional photographer to take pictures of my house. This was so important. Everyone looks online and cell phone photos just dont cut it anymore. Because of her professionalism, input and ideas, my house received four full price offers in the first weekend. From that point Lindsey advised me every step of the way until closing. I would highly recommend her and Ill never work with another realtor in Brevard County, FL as long as she is around.

But she has richly earned such a score, for she has been wonderful to Nancy and I in all four of your categories, as we have been searching for a new home in Melbourne. And we are comparing her with the many real estate agents which we have had over the years in Michigan, Pennsylvania, California and North Carolina (Nancy and I have moved more than we wanted to). Lindsey has spent hours with us, both in person hunting homes in Florida and now on-line with us in North Carolina (we're selling our home here to move there). And yet she still hasn't made one cent from us. So her commitment and her qualities (listed above) reveal a professionalism of the highest order.
