ZillowVERIFIED When we initially listed our house with another realtor/ brokerage and had an awful experience. We were lucky to find Lindsey after that experience. She is a great communicator who is very responsive to texts. She is also very knowledgeable about the local area and was able to get our house sold.

Excellent real estate agent! We had been looking for property for years and finally found this particular agent, asked her to help. She listened to what were looking for, sent appropriate listings to us as soon as they posted and within a couple weeks we had the property we were hoping to find. She responded to questions re offers, even on the weekends (and we did not expect her to do that) but that is probably the reason we ended up with the property we wanted. She is a fabulous real estate agent and we wish we would have found her years ago! I highly recommend her

ZillowVERIFIED Lindsey did an outstanding job helping us buy our first home in KY. Purchasing a home while doing so from out of state is daunting but she made it so much easier and walked us through everything. We actually built the home and she made sure that when we closed everything was correct and even advised waiting another day to make sure things were done. She made sure anything that needed further attention was documented as it should be for later. We highly recommend Lindsey, as she made this far less stressful.

ZillowVERIFIED These ladies were beyond accommodating, quick to respond to our requests for info and make recommendations on certain properties based on our preferences and needs. Showings were set up super fast, explanations were clear and concise, and the process was seamless thanks to their help. Priscilla represented us on the sellers side and thanks to her guidance we sold the home extremely fast. Lindsey represented us on the buyers side and very helpful in approaching homes that met our needs and negotiating the price range we could manage. Overall, we are best pleased and would recommend these ladies for all your real estate needs!

ZillowVERIFIED When I decided I wanted to relocate to this area 2 years ago I didnt know where to begin. I chose Lindsey as a realtor based off her profile and that turned out to be the BEST decision I couldve ever made. The searching, the closing, the entire transition felt too easy almost and thats all thanks to her. When I decided to sell my home this year she yet again exceeded every expectation which I didnt even think was possible considering our first amazing go around. Shes become more than a realtor now, I'm truly honored to call her a friend. I am forever grateful for all that shes done for me and I assure you, you will be too. Choosing the person to help you buy and/or sell your home is probably the most important step in the process. Responsiveness, knowledge, and how shes able to make either process seem far less daunting than they are, are only a select few reasons she should absolutely be the realtor you choose for you & your family. I'm telling you, this review doesnt even begin to do the Wagers team justice!

Any questions or concerns we had, Priscilla and Lindsey were quick to respond with knowledgeable and honest information. ZillowVERIFIED Pleased with the work from her and her knowledge of the area and what we were looking for in a home. She took her time to show us many places that fell into the area and price range we wanted, help guide us the right way us being the 1st time buyer on a home. She went beyond what we ask of her, she worked with the company we purchased our home through to make sure we got the price we needed.

ZillowVERIFIED So thankful Zillow sent my request to Lindsey because she literally is the best to work with. I was obsessed with one house in particular, but with her help I was able to locate several options that I didn't even know was out there. Being a first time home buyer, I really didn't know where to start. But Lindsey set up a unique profile that had houses in my price range and exactly the type of houses that I love. With her help, I was able to find the perfect house!

ZillowVERIFIED Priscilla first impressed me by the way she was always working. There was not a day of the week that we did not talk with her by phone or by text and often both. There also appeared to be no time of day that she would not readily agree to meet us at a location for a walk through! When we found our dream house there were a few times that it looked like there would be no deal, or that the deal we had would fall through. But as I write this in the living room of my new home, I can honestly tell you that Priscilla was at bat for us and swinging for the stands. If you are looking for an agent that takes your needs and desires personally, I recommend Priscilla Wagers whole heartedly and without reservation.
