Review I can't say enough nice things about Lindsey. We were thinking we might sell our house in the next few years and I called her office just to ask how to start, what to do if we decide to sell. She took the time to drive out to our place and walk through the house giving us tips on what we should be doing to get it ready. A year later we called to say we were ready. She was so helpful with ideas. There were hitches along the way and Lindsey was there, always returning our texts or calls quickly. We were connected to Lindsey after needing to move to Mansfield for work from California. Originally we asked for her support with a rental, which she was glad to help with. She navigated the cross-country communication with ease. We quickly realized we would be better off buying a home in the area than renting and she pivoted quickly with us. She immediately let us know about the local market and filled us in on important information (e.g. crumbling concrete concerns, radon). She helped line up multiple viewings and coordinated with family we had locally to see homes. We were grateful that she allowed us to make our first impressions and then shared what her thoughts were on a property (and her insights were always spot on). She thoughtfully helped us craft offers, keeping in mind the trends and expectations of the local market, and once we had an offer connect us to knowledgeable, honest companies to conduct inspections (e.g. water, septic, etc.). Our trip out to CT was only a few short days but Lindsey was able to help up identify a few homes quickly that might be up our alley and arranged showings. She made the time to go meet with my painter at the house, reviewing what needed to be done and what paint colors should be used. She was spot on and the house sold for substantially more than either of us thought it would. Her patience was amazing. It took me almost a year to get my renters out and be ready to sell. In that time she suggested I do my own septic inspection, so there would be no surprises when it came time to sell. I'm so glad I listened. The system had failed and I had the time to get a new system installed before listing the house. That would have been a very unpleasant surprise at closing. I referred her to very good friends of mine and she handled them with the same patience and passion, through the purchase of their new home and sale of their existing home.
