ZillowVERIFIED Selling an older fixer-upper home located 12 hours from where my sister and I live could have been very problematic. The house needed some repairs before it was marketable and Lindsey provided us with names and phone numbers of service companies. After a few phone calls we were able to get the repairs scheduled and done. Lindsey was the liaison for us and the repair people, and she was always willing to go to the house with them, or give them the key. She was also honest in giving us her opinion on improvements that would make the house marketable. We had a lot of questions for Lindsey. She was patient and her responses were thorough and immediate. She kept us informed when she showed the house and gave us feedback on her clients' comments. She sent us comparative listings so we had a better idea of the value of similar houses in the area which was helpful. Working with Lindsey was a pleasure. She's a true professional.

ZillowVERIFIED We have been looking for a piece of property for 2-3 years now in the John Day valley and Lindsey had helped us with an offer late last year. That offer was not accepted so we kept looking. About 2 months ago we found another piece of property and called the real estate office for more information. Much to our surprise and delight Lindsey returned our inquire and showed us the property. We had a lot of questions on it which she was able to answer fully. The property was in a tax foreclosure and she worked us through that process. She helped us get the price we wanted for the terms we wanted and her husband Joe is also a builder which is really helping with our budget questions. Not only do we have a great Realtor, we have new local friends in John Day!! 5 stars for this professional, ambitious and professional Realtor!!!
