I had no information about her background, but thought if she wanted to show me the house, that would be fine. We connected from the beginning. That house wasn't the right fit, but she didn't give up and kept sending me via email houses she thought I would like. She never asked for a contract or paperwork, but instead just kept checking in with me without being bothersome or making me feel pressured in any way. She was always helpful, upbeat and eventually showed me neighborhoods to help me learn more about the area I was interested in. All of a sudden, she landed on the house of my retirement dreams and we started the process. She was quick and thorough and answered all of my questions. She was a tough negotiator and made sure all the details were taken care of. We had an issue with an electrical line and she made all the necessary calls and got that issue resolved for me. The house has been all that I had hoped for. She continues to be a wonderful friend and knows my entire family. She checks in regularly and it's more than I would ever have expected.
