After an unpleasant experience with another realtor, I was fortunate enough to happen upon Tye Schulter at an open house. Tye was professional yet relatable at the same time. What sold me on working with Tye is that I could tell right away he was a true buyers' advocate. Tye (patiently) answered all of my questions, and if he didn't know right away he always got back to me in a prompt manner. Although Tye is in the early(ish) stages of his career, don't be fooled - he has a keen sense for what his buyers' need and want. I am beyond thrilled with Tye, the LBT and my new home!

Lindsey is truly exceptional. I was impressed with her level of knowledge and the amount of data they had about the neighborhood and Lubbock market.
