ZillowVERIFIED Lindsey Baker was absolutely wonderful. After living in our rental for 8 years the landlord wanted to put the property on the market to sell. We had 30 to leave and we contacted Lindsey and she was willing to help us with quick speed. We knew what we wanted to buy and it was a specific home. We looked at a lot of back up homes but we didn't want them and finally at the last minute the one we wanted popped up and we looked at it and was in contract right away. Our home was not even on the market for 30 minutes. Quick 19 day close. She helped us with everything. We had a strange situation at the property we purchased and she strived to make everything happen in the short time period. Everytime I called she answered day or night and even brought us out the cupboard door that needed to by replaced. Lindsey answered all of our questions and was very knowledgeable. Thanks Lindsey

I saw a house that I was interested in and notified them about it. There was an open house for the house and I was unable to attend due to work. Sean was able to contact the owner and schedule a time after work for me to meet him there. We were able to get an offer in the next day and with some help with negotiation by Sean I was able to purchase my first home. ZillowVERIFIED Lindsey has been there me with every question and home review that I have had in the past several months. I have never had nor have I ever seen a realtor work so hard for a client. I can't even tell you how many houses she has taken me to see. I'm not an easy person to work for. She has been extremely patient with me and she has no idea how much I appreciate it. I will have her there when I find the home I want to purchase and when I leave the area in 5 years she will most certainly be the person who I will use to sell my house for me. She is kind and patient and there has not been a question she hasn't been able to answer for me. If you want someone who is going to give your purchase or your sale 150% Lindsey is most certainly your person. I can not say enough good about this lady. She is truly motivated and will have your best interest at heart as she has mine. At one point I had thought about purchasing a new home and I had spoke to them before I brought her on board. The company refused to split any reference fee with her and she never got upset. She told me that if that is the home that made me happy than she was happy for me and would do whatever she could to help me purchase that home regardless of any fees not coming her way. She really does want you to find the home that makes you happy at any cost. Not only have I met a fantastic realtor but I also think I have made a new friend in this life :)

ZillowVERIFIED Shaun listed our home in late 2013. He provided us a tremendous amount of supporting market data to help us determine asking price. He also brought in a professional photographer and the listing certainly stood apart from others. We initially had a number of offers WELL BELOW asking price based on short sells in the area, but Shaun encouraged us to stay patient. He was 100% correct because we started getting offers in the ball park with our asking price and ultimately, we sold the home for very close to the value Shaun thought it was worth when we listed it. A big success considering we marketed and sold the home during the winter months; not the ideal time of year to sell. Additionally, Shaun got us into a new development very early on. He was persistent with the builder in getting us in prior to the grand opening and it paid dividends. We were able to sign the contract with the builder and lock in the price before the success of the development became apparent. Due to Shaun's diligence (and foresight), our new home's value is much greater than our purchase price. An absolute home run!I would highly recommend Shaun and would certainly work with him again.
