Lindsay Stevens

Lindsay Stevens is a Hudson Valley native and Team Leader at Stevens Real Estate (eXp Realty), based in New Paltz, in New York's Hudson Valley. She leads the #1 eXp Realty team in New York State: 54 full-time professionals serving Ulster, Dutchess, and Orange Counties who closed 507 transactions totaling $200 million in production in 2025.

Lindsay co-founded Stevens Realty Group in 2010 and grew it into a multi-million-dollar real estate and property management firm before partnering with eXp Realty in 2020 to scale within one of the industry's fastest-growing brokerages.

Beyond leading transactions, Lindsay coaches and mentors real estate agents nationally, teaching business planning, sales strategy, team scaling, and leadership. She speaks nationally on these topics, blending high accountability with a people-first culture to help agents build sustainable, long-term careers.

Hudson Valley Magazine has recognized Lindsay as "The Face of Hudson Valley Real Estate," and she's been featured on HGTV's House Hunters and in The New York Times. Lindsay holds an Associate Real Estate Broker license (NY #10301211263) and a background in Legal Studies and Business from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, with prior experience at Edelman Public Relations and Morgan Stanley.

Outside of work, Lindsay is a devoted wife and mother to her daughters, Mya and Kalli, and an endurance athlete who finds clarity on the trails of the Mohonk Preserve in New Paltz. She's a lover of all things Hudson Valley and proud to call it home.
