She helped us buy our first home during COVID, when the market was brutally competitive. Throughout that process she was always reachable, made sure we saw every property we were interested in, and wrote strong, competitive offers. We had an accepted offer within a month of starting our search, and locked in a great interest rate through her recommended lender. We were just as glad to have her on our second purchase. Even though wed been through the process before, this deal was far more complicated: the sellers had tied their sale to buying a new home themselves and were reluctant to release contingencies. Lindsay guided us through it flawlessly, answering questions by phone, email, and text at all hours, and negotiating confidently with the sellers agent to secure significant concessions on our behalf. Rates are higher these days, but through her lender connections we still locked in a rate 1.5% below standard. She also connected us with excellent home inspectors, whose reports helped us negotiate credits toward our closing costs. This purchase simply wouldnt have happened without Lindsay. We recommend her to everyone we know, and well keep working with her for every real estate move we make in the future.

She walked me through the process at the beginning and made sure that I understood the expectation every step of the way. While Lindsay has contacts and can definitely help out if you need a lender or home inspector etc., she always checked to make sure if I had a preferred choice. What I really appreciated is Lindsays response time. Whenever I had questions or requests, Lindsay always responded quickly, usually within the hour.
