ZillowVERIFIED Speaking from the perspective of a buyer in today's hot market, you should choose Lindsay as your buyer's agent. She has a ton of knowledge in regard to all of the towns in Westchester, and you certainly want someone quick & eager to find all of the listings that match your wish list and present you with a lot of great options. Furthermore I think she has a really great understanding on pricing and gives buyers good honest feedback on their budget and finds options that demonstrate the trade offs between location and home size/ lot size, etc... She also takes the time to show you a neighborhood and doesn't focus solely on the home- Lindsay really understands that a home purchase isn't just about the house- it's about the community. If you are a seller I have no doubt Lindsay would give you the same incredible service and would price your home right and be tough in negotiations with other agents in order to get you the highest price.
