Before you ever step foot in a home, meet with your selected Realtor and go over all of the ins and outs of what lies ahead. My team calls this meeting a Buyer Strategy Session. It is the key!

Be open to the suggestions your chosen Realtor gives you. They understand what buyers are looking for and have a should have a proven process to guide you. Also, understand that the market dictates what homes sell for, not your Realtor. Be involved in the process. You and your Realtor are a team.

All types! In 19 years, I have sold tiny little homes and mansions on the lake. My service level doesn’t change only the marketing plan and strategy for each property. I do really love to help first time home buyers and young families though!

When I met my client they were renting and truly did not understand what would be involved in purchasing a home or that it could even be a reality. We worked with their lender to figure out the best strategy and they qualified and were in their first home about 45 days later. The home they chose “spoke to them” and it’s been a perfect fit for them.

When I had my first son in 2006, I decided I needed a new career that was flexible. I was the manager of an apartment community at that time and always enjoyed working with the clients and touring so it was a natural path for me. It’s been a great fit for me, as a working mom of two boys.

I hold the Accredited Luxury Home Specialist designation and the Certified Home Marketing Specialist designation.
