ZillowVERIFIED Look no further! Lindsay is the REAL deal! She provided me with top notch service when it came to me buying my home. As a first time homeowner I was completely lost as to the whole process and Lindsay made my experience fun and enjoyable. As we all know this market is insane and often times bidding wars ensue. When I found the home I wanted to call mine the sellers already had a full offer on the table. Lindsay was able to fight for me and to secure me getting the home over the others with me only having to go $1000 more over asking. If thats not skill I dont know what is. She set up all of my appointments, she showed up and handled the inspection process for me and was on top of handling everything else I needed to ensure a smooth purchase and me being able to move into my new place. She was even kind enough to have my place professionally cleaned for me!!! If thats not exceptional service I dont know what is. If I could give Lindsay 100 stars I would. 10/10 recommend :)

It was extremely stressful to say the least to go house hunting and actually buy our first home in the middle of a pandemic with two little ones, but Lindsay made this journey a smooth sailing ride. I was personally very picky and had lots of questions especially since weve always lived in a condominium. We needed so much guidance and Lindsay provided that and much more. I would call and text even after hours and she always made herself available to us. ZillowVERIFIED I dont have enough words or room here to describe the amazing experience I had with Lindsay. She is so knowledgable in all areas of florida. Most importantly she is the most patient person I have ever met. I would hate to have a client such as myself. I'm beyond picky and annoying. I would call her and bother her at all hours of the day & sometimes night & weekends and she would always pick up and be there for us. My husband and I pretty much almost closed on 3 properties before purchasing our home and Lindsay had to prepare the contracts/documents for all of them.
