She asked specifically what we were looking for, sent us plenty of options which met our expectations & even took the time to walk the houses & video them in order for us to get a feel for each. Despite the 7 hour time difference, she seemed to always be available for questions. Even after our purchase, she helped us out with furniture places as well as handy men to take care of any issues we needed help with. All in all it was an excellent experience. This is the eighth house we have purchased & was the easiest of the bunch, from start to finish.

Buying a house in San Antonio is a literal foot race and there were several houses we were interested in that were sold the next day before we could even put in an offer, but Lindsay never gave up or let us lose hope in finding a house. Once we decided on our house she had our offer in the day after it was put on the market and we got it! She fought hard to get us some money back on some of the issues with the house and was able to get our closin cost down because of it! Thank you for all your hard work Lindsay! ZillowVERIFIED I cannot say enough glowing things about Lindsay! She worked tirelessly on our behalf selling our home and purchasing our new one. Looking back on this past year it was not always an easy journey. However, for the entire process she was the calming voice walking us through each step. We were in daily communication keeping us in the loop at all times. She literally helped us get our house on the market within days, even helped out staging it. With her expertise our house sold twice in just over a month. Our first buyers backed out for personal reasons after the contingency period. She encouraged us to press on. We were so sad we lost the house we were under contract for (with the contingency that we sold our house). However, Lindsay assured us she was determined to find a new home that would fit our needs even better. She knew what we were looking for and she exhausted all the options. To our delight we found a brand new home in a new neighborhood that fit our needs perfectly. In fact, it is an even better fit than the first house. After deciding to put an offer in we were told it was a foot race to put money down on the house first. Lindsay rushed to the builder and made it even before me. She will most certainly go the extra mile!!!!!!! We are now in our home and are beyond thankful to Lindsay for all her hard work in getting us here. We love it and its exactly what we were looking for.
