We did a pre-sale walk through and they were very upfront on what should or shouldn't be worked on and had realistic expectations on what home buyers would be looking at when considering the property. They were extremely easy to talk with, get in contact with and provided many updates along the way. Not only are they realtors they are amazing people who go out of their way to help you in any way they can! They were willing to stop by during the process and see how things were moving along and were never short on encouragement. After my house was on the market I moved across the country and Lindon and Sherry were extremely helpful in all communications and where a great set of eyes on the ground during any repairs or inspections! They provided updates and were helpful in scheduling and had a great oversight of the entire process. They have a great go-get-em attitude and made the process for me, as the seller, so smooth and transparent! These are such wonderful people and I cannot recommend them enough!! Selling a house, which can be so stressful, was much less stressful with them! Again, they were amazing and so helpful, I hope others find them as wonderful as I do! TL:DR - Highly recommend! We felt important to them. I know it sounds odd but they made us feel like we were the top priority, when I know as amazing as they are, there were tons of other clients I'am sure felt the same way during our purchase. You get a sense of actual care and love for what they do and it shows in their work. My wife and I thought we were going to have to go through hoops to get things done, they had everything lined up and explained everything. They will be the only people I recommend to anyone to. I was talking to one of our managers down stairs who knows Lindon and Sheri and the first thing she said when she found out they were who we uses was " they took great care of you" .
