Review I dont even know where to begin! We met Linda when we decided to drive by a house we were interested in and she happened to be there. We exchanged info and decided to keep in touch. Over the next 18 months wed check in with each other and then finally we were ready to seriously go looking! I dont think Ive ever met anyone who is so obviously doing what shes meant to be doing. Professional. Incredibly knowledgeable about the local market. Her stamina is unheard of - she was always up for one more showing if I was! But most of all we just liked her. We always felt like we were looking at homes with a dear friend rather than a realtor. One who gave her wisdom freely to help us make the right decision on the biggest purchase of our lives. We could go on and on. She really negotiated the heck out of the home we settled on and I know we could not have done better work anyone else. We feel so lucky to have met her and would recommend her to everyone.

Review Linda and her team are awesome. I have purchased 2 houses in San Antonio with Lindas help and the process can not be any smoother. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Linda guided us through the process from how to get a loan all the way to the closing day. She connected us with inspectors, contractors for repair work etc.

We mentioned to some of our friends that we were thinking about doing it and they gave us the number of the realtor they used when purchasing their home...I called Linda right away because they had nothing but amazing things to say about her. And Im beyond thankful that we took their advice. Being rookies at this whole process we are so thankful that Linda walked us through it. She held our hand every step of the way, helped ease the intimidation factor, and helped us make the right decision for our situation at this point in our lives. She fought for us when necessary and was so honest. She made a stressful situation fun. We went through this process at the same time we were getting married, Linda was understanding and patient with us...two things we desperately needed at the time. I cant say enough about how great she is at what she does. And I have not stopped telling my friends and family about the great realtor that got us in our first home. We will definitely be calling her when the time comes to do this again.

Review You can pick a realtor, or you can choose an advocate. When we left our fate in Linda Zimmerhanzel's capable hands, we chose an advocate. Linda and her team know our area very, very well. The house we bought was on the market one day. Our house sold in 4. Linda guided us through both the selling and buying process. It was smooth. Waiting on the offer for our house was stressful. But that was the extent of the stress over the whole process. That was it. We trusted her and she did not disappoint. She helped us find the right lender, handyman, roof repair and plumber. Yes, she understood the forms and all the ins and outs of the selling and buying process. But it's the above and beyond that makes the difference. She's readily available. And she is a pitbull when it comes to pursuing any issue. We were ecstatic with the whole Drayton team. We saw what a lack of effort can do from the other side of the sale of our new home.
