ZillowVERIFIED Linda did an absolutely fabulous job helping me sell both of my homes as well as buying new homes over the past twenty years. Without question, her expertise in marketing and in sales is unmatched by any other realtor I have ever worked with in the past. She has an exceptional work ethic and is without questions the hardest working, most honest and ethical realtor operating in Northern Michigan. The entire sales experience was a true pleasure and I would recommend her without any reservations to anyone seeking an expert realtor. Honestly, everything Linda touches turns to "SOLD!"

ZillowVERIFIED Linda is a very pleasant person who knows the real estate market really well. She was ethical in her dealings with me, the seller, and from all accounts also with prospective buyers. She provided great guidance on getting my home ready to be marketed. She continued her efforts to sell my home the entire time until it sold three months later. And understandably, she was the only real estate agent to sell a home in my Old Mission neighborhood where five homes were for sale at the same time. Add to that she was able to negotiate a good selling price and a closing within two weeks.
