I just completed a transaction with a wonderful couple who owned a beautiful Indian River front home in Merritt Island. They had decided to downsize and relocate to another city where they had purchased a home to renovate. Through open houses and strategically marketing their home I was able to secure a pre-qualified buyer to complete the transaction. It can be very stressful to buy, sell and renovate at the same time, but I was able to put their mind completely as ease due to my many years experience in handling the sale.
