ZillowVERIFIEDLinda helped me buy two properties in Palm Bay for my granddaughters. She helped me find the right home for each of the girls. I could not have done it as well, as cost effective, and manage to satisfy both girls.

ZillowVERIFIED Linda sold us a home and worked with us knowing we were coming in from Pennsylvania and didnt have a lot of time. She is truly a professional and helped us find a place in Florida. Linda was very in tuned and listened to what we wanted and in the price range we were looking. We have worked with many realtors and we would place her as #1! She wont disappoint you if you are looking to sell or buy and is loyal to whom she represents. We find her to be the best realtor in the area and this comes from someone who was a realtor in Pennsylvania for 22 years!

ZillowVERIFIED Linda was amazing! From the initial communications, to showing me houses, to negotiating my contract, to staying on top of the process at all times, to attending the closing, she was fantastic and professional. Buying a house is stressful, but there were so many things I didnt need to worry about because I knew Linda was taking care of it. I really cant recommend her highly enough.

ZillowVERIFIED Linda has helped us purchase 2 homes over the past several years. We had very specific needs and looked at many homes both times. Linda did market research for us and identified properties we would not have found. When she did pricing analysis for homes that we were considering it was amazing how accurate she was to the final appraisal or sales price. Linda was super responsive to our needs including helping to find contractors to estimate costs during the short period between receiving the inspection report and when we had to make the buy decision. After the purchase Linda has been super helpful in finding contractors to get work done, and we have been super happy with the quality of the companies she has referred us to. This is likely not our last house we will ever purchase and we will go back to Linda again when we are next looking.

ZillowVERIFIED Linda assisted us in buying a weekend condo near Melbourne Beach for our family in a very tight market. She is very knowledgeable about the area, very responsive to questions or inquiries about properties we inquired about, and also even responded while on vacation as the property we wanted was going to get multiple offers. I would highly recommend Linda to buy and sell a property.

ZillowVERIFIED We just started looking with Linda as first-time buyers and were so grateful to be so supported. She really knew the area, and was on top of getting us into the house we liked, and was a reliable and quick responder. We really appreciated this, especially with houses being bought up in days on the current competitive market. She found excellent home options and respected our financial boundaries. We will continue to work with Linda in the future. This has been a very positive experience!

ZillowVERIFIED Linda is the best realtor Ive ever worked with! She helped me search for a home in Brevard county for the last few years. She patiently showing me homes throughout the county even while I kept changing my criteria. And once she found a perfect home for me, she was on top of things from the get go -- helping me negotiate the price and conditions, making sure I had everything I needed even before I knew or asked and handling communications with all parties on my behalf. I never needed to send her a reminder. She would always reach out to me whenever I needed to know something or just give my a status. There were times when she rather be honest with me about a property and risk the sale than to have me purchase something I might regret later. Now thats someone who looks after the interest of her clients above her own! In short, Linda is very professional, knowledgeable, honest, reliable, trustworthy and above all patient. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home as I would definitely use her services again in the future.

ZillowVERIFIED Linda worked with us on our cross country move by first helping us with area research for homes in our price range. She answered multiple questions about the area, potential issues and clearly told us what to expect regarding taxes, cost of living, potential difficulties. This helped us to clearly define the area we wanted to look at once we arrived. She was very patient with us in looking at multiple homes until we found just the right place for us.

ZillowVERIFIED Linda acted as our buying agent on our Merritt Island home. Linda is very knowledgeable in the local real estate market which was wonderful for us as we were from out of state. Linda kept us up to date on the local market via local market analysis reports and new listings. Linda was always prompt to respond to all questions, via text and phone, and was available for showings/walk throughs. She would keep us informed to her upcoming schedule which was great in planning future walk throughs. During walk throughs, Linda would point out any issues that she observed on the houses (she was looking out for our best interests). We never felt pressured to make an offer on any home. When we did make an offer on a home, Linda was quick to order all of the inspections. I can?t say how important this part was for us as we ended up backing out of a sale as a result of one of the inspections. On the home that we ended up purchasing, Linda was a great negotiator in the offer/counteroffer process as well as including the items that we wanted included in the offer. The home buying process is stressful but Linda made the process easier for us every step of the way. Having an agent that is experienced, knowledgeable of the local market, aware of the buyers needs/wishes and the entire buying process made it easier. We couldn?t be any more satisfied with Linda as out buying agent. We highly recommend her and can?t thank her enough for her efforts.

ZillowVERIFIED I cannot thank Linda enough for her assistance in buying my latest home. After we made the offer, I thought we were done, but she led me through the inspection and even set up the repairs. She was on top of all aspects of the process plus she verified the mortgage company stayed on schedule too. I was going to use a friend with little experience, but Linda proved her experience is invaluable. If you use any other agent, you are making a a mistake. Now Linda will be selling my old house! Thanks so much Linda!

ZillowVERIFIED Linda did an excellent job representing us. She was faced with many challenges including, a difficult seller, an uncooperative sellers agent and an unresponsive loan officer. She persevered and got us a beautiful home in an excellent neighborhood and school district. She knows the Satellite Beach area very well, having grown up there, and understands the market on the Space Coast better than anyone I know. I would highly recommend her to my colleagues and friends.
