Linda was amazing! She is so detailed and organized, which are important qualities when youre selling your home. She kept us well informed every step of the way and helped us navigate each step of the process. Shes also very nice and its obvious that she cares very much and is dedicated to making the process go as smoothly as possible. If she had not been so diligent, we would have had issues closing on our new home in another town as the closing of our new home was dependent on closing the sale of our previous home the day before. I could not imagine having had anyone else help us sell our home. Words cannot express our appreciation for Linda!

Linda was an absolute pleasure to work with. She really did go the extra mile for us every step of the way during the buying process. Linda did a stellar job negotiating and was very knowledgeable guiding us through potential pitfalls. There were a few times I was very surprised about some creative ideas she came up with in the negotiation process in order to get us the best price on the properties we were making offers on. A great lady, very personable and a hardball negotiator when you need it. Her integrity shines through all of it so we really lucked out by having her as our realtor!
