ZillowVERIFIED This was our third real estate transaction with Linda and we wouldn't choose anyone else to help us with the process. We couldn't be happier with the exceptional service provided throughout the entire process. Linda possesses an in-depth knowledge of the local market, and her guidance was invaluable in setting the right price for our home, ultimately selling WELL above our asking price. She knows her stuff! She will communicate with you every step of the way and was always just a text or phone call away. We highly recommend Linda Simpson to anyone looking to sell their property. Thank you, Linda, for your outstanding service and for going above and beyond to make the sale of our home a success. We're truly grateful for your expertise and support throughout this journey.

ZillowVERIFIED Linda is outstanding. She was very knowledge of the real estate in the area and we chose her specifically because of her expertise on selling in Blairstown. She answered all messages quickly and would even reach out before I even thought to ask! She sent detailed emails with step by step instructions to make closing so easy. This is the second home we have closed on as a seller and this time around, it could not have gone smoother and a big part of that was due to Linda. She helped us get listed quickly and we sold a week later above asking. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

ZillowVERIFIED Great all the way through the process and made everything easy!! Her local knowledge is excellent and Remax is far reaching. We had some issues researching the septic qualifications and she called everyone and left no stone unturned. She uncovered data from 12 years ago! it took her days and hours and I was very appreciative.

ZillowVERIFIED Nothing goes completely smoothly. Nothing goes completely as planned. So, when you encounter these "bumps in the road" you need to have someone who can help you through them. Linda made the whole process stress free despite the bumps! She GOT IT DONE, and I recommend highly!

ZillowVERIFIED I have used Linda for both buying and selling homes and she was amazing in both transactions. I can't tell you how pleased I was with her. She found our dream home. We had very specific needs for my family and when we finally found our home, Linda negotiated our offer in a very tough market. She was also instrumental in finding an out of state agent that helped sell my parents home. So when it came time to sell my rental property, I would use no one else but Linda. She listed my condo which sold in a few days at full price. I highly recommend Linda for all of your real estate needs. She will work hard for you and she cares about her clients. I highly recommend her!

ZillowVERIFIED Linda's experience and local knowledge helped us price, stage and list our property resulting in multiple offers on our home. Linda was extremely helpful in reviewing each offer, providing non-bias feedback and assisting in the negotiation process. Not only did she help with the sale, but she also was able to guide us through a complicated septic repair that was a contingency in our accepted offer. Linda always treated us like we were her only clients even though we know in this active market she was juggling multiple listings, negotiations and closings at the same time. We would highly recommend Linda!!!

ZillowVERIFIED You could not find a better person to help you with the Blairstown and surrounding area. Linda helped me move my house during the onset of COVID. She ensured that everyone was aware of the rules, brought booties for the buyers to come in and was on top of scheduling. The house sold quickly and Linda helped me navigate the closing amidst the world situation. Thank you Linda!

ZillowVERIFIED My family has worked with Linda on multiple occasions. She has become a freind of the family through them all. She has high integrity, acumen, energy and has been a strong advocate for us. We have done several deals, ranging from fairly unique requirements -mother - daughter residence to entry level first home activity. We have worked through a number of show stoppers together successfully. She brought the same energy and passion throughout the process regardless of the size of the deal. She also is fair and really let's you know early on what is possible, no bait and switch. I can highly recommend Linda and would certainly make her my first stop for real estate activity.

ZillowVERIFIED We worked with Linda both buying and selling Real Estate. She is very diligent in getting positive results for her clients. Our seller was a "challenge" to deal with at times; Linda provided support while remaining professional. Additionally, when subsequently selling a home under somewhat unique circumstances Linda helped drive the ship to a successful conclusion on that endeavor also.

ZillowVERIFIED I highly recommend Linda Simpson as a very efficient Real Estate Agent. During the Covid-19 Pandemic Linda was the Realtor for both my husband and myself (Buyers), and the seller. Which under any circumstances could be unreliable. However, we felt she always kept our best interest in mind throughout the experience. She was always quick to respond to any questions or calls. She shared her local knowledge and enthusiam, considering we were not familiar with the area. She even helped us negotiate at the end for a Septic system D-Box with sellers concession. Great realtor! I highly recommend her to anyone. The process went smoothly and we absolutely love our new home and neighborhood. Thank you Linda for all of your hard work and guidance through our home buying process!

She is very thorough and knew the answers to our questions (if she didnt immediately know an answer, she quickly found it out)! We moved from NJ to TX while our home was on the market and Linda helped make the whole process much more bearable. She really does know the area, the market, and all that goes into selling/buying a home.

ZillowVERIFIED Working with Linda was a wonderful experience! Being a first time home buyer the process can be very stressful but Linda definitely helped make the whole process super stress free. Shes not like other realtors who just show you a ton of houses and hope theres one in the pile that you like. She took her time to listen and learn exactly what it was we were looking for and found great listings to show us. Very knowledgeable about the area and the whole process. I would highly recommend anyone who is looking to buy or sell in the area should definitely go with Linda! Thanks again!

ZillowVERIFIED Anyone who has ever bought or sold a home knows that it is a major project. Before I started looking for a home I interviewed six realtors, three men and three women. My main concern was that they were knowledgable of the North Warren County area, that they knew the differences between the local towns as far as taxes, schools, where the best deals were and where you would get the most value for your money. I also wanted a realtor who knew the common problems that people were having in the area for example well water and septic systems. And last but certainly not least was the integrity of the realtor. Well, Linda won first prize in all of the above. I wanted to make an offer on two different homes but Linda explained to reasons why I should think it over for reasons she explained to me, by the way she did that at her own loss because she didn't make a sale, she was looking out for me. I did make an offer on another home with her approval and she is a great adviser and negotiator. I am very happy with my home now and I have to thank Linda for being a great realtor and a very honest person. She truly is a very professional intelligent realtor. Thank You Linda.
