ZillowVERIFIED Moving from Iowa to Florida was an easy transition thanks to Celeste. Her knowledge of the business and concern for her clients far exceed the average realtor. We were extremely pleased with her in every aspect of our house hunting experience. She not only took care of our concerns during that time but went out of her way to offer suggestions of events, restaurants, etc. which we appreciated immensely since we knew nothing about the area. She is the most well informed, knowledgeable, considerate, person....plus her personality immediately put us at ease and we knew things would turn out perfectly in her hands....and they did!

ZillowVERIFIED We visited Florida from Pennsylvania to look at purchasing a house. After talking with Celeste before leaving PA, she knew what we wanted and had a list of houses for us to see when we arrived in FL. She was very knowledgeable about areas we were interested in, and could answer our questions about construction, weather concerns, insurance, and walked us through the steps needed to buy a house in Florida. She was very helpful and we highly recommend her.

ZillowVERIFIED I can't recommned Linda enough. We were looking to sell and also buy a home. She listed our home and it went under contract within a matter of weeks all while continuing to help us find our dream home. We met at numerous properties and while we were outbid on some, she never made us feel like we were a burden. She simply stated, "well guys, this wasn't the one" and on to the next home we went. Once we did find "the one" she spoke with the selling agent numerous times and was able to negotiate an acceptable price. The best part of it all was that she was able to set up both closings (selling and buying) on the same day - even taking us to lunch in between- so that we were not out of a home during the transition.

ZillowVERIFIED Linda was my very first experience with a realtor as my husband and I are first time homebuyers. She was very scatter brained and forgetful. She lost paperwork and did not know any procedures for signing and sending in the paperwork. She would wait days before getting paperwork we signed to the receiving party. The first time we walked into a house with her, she said "well, I don't need to tell you what a bathroom or a kitchen is, so I will be right here while you look around". She explained so little and was very short in her responses, even in person. My husband and I felt as though working with us was a burden for her. After her we found a realtor that knows a thing or two about houses. She walks through every room and can point out defects if there are any. She gave us a thorough rundown of options to cover closing costs and any repairs if needed and knows and works closely with the lender she recommends. The difference was phenomenal. We did not feel represented by Linda as we do with our current agent.

ZillowVERIFIED Ms. Reynolds is knowledgeable, accommodating, patient, and professional. We have been working together since March 2014, I'd view a house on line and contact Linda and we'd meet to visit house. There were those that offers were made on and rejected or was out bid. Then there was the "one" Linda was out ill and her associate showed me this property. Three months later I contacted Linda and advised her to make an offer. She didn't question it, just looked at me when we met at the property to take care of paperwork. Finally we I explained how I had come to see the property. She agreed this was the "one" for me. As we go through the process of never ending paperwork, she is there to offer assistance.

ZillowVERIFIED Linda was a true professional in listing and selling our home. She was open, honest, and direct. I knew I could ask her anything and she would provide me with an honest answer, always keeping in mind the reality of the housing market. Sometimes it was the little things, like knowing when email or a phone call was most appropriate. She recommended price changes at the right times, almost sensing when we felt it might be time ourselves. When the offers started coming in, she was very open about what we should and shouldn't do as sellers, to accomodate potential buyers' requests. I would recommend Linda to any family or friend in a heartbeat.

ZillowVERIFIED As a first time home buyer I could not be happier with Linda. She is easy to get ahold of and kept me well informed of everything that was going on. She is well organized and flexible to my schedule, and me working nights that is not easy to do. She has made my first time home buying experience a lot less stressful than it started out as. I would highly reccommend her to anyone looking to buy a house. She never once tried to push anything on me, or made me feel pressured about decisions that I had made.

ZillowVERIFIED My realtor in Reynold's Realty is Gary Schmeichel. He is not only top-notch but he is the rare kind that knows many people in the residential industry that are equally excellent at their professions who will be a great help in the process of buying, financing, and inspecting the house he presents to you. In addition, he is knowledgeable not only of the properties he sells but can quickly get a feel for what his customers have exactly in mind. Gary has never wasted a minute of my time as I buy investment houses for rental. Thank you Gary and Reynolds Realty for your excellent service.

ZillowVERIFIED Very happy with the process and results. I have worked with 5 or 6 agents over the past 20 years and Linda is by far is the best. Linda is very diligent in following up and here years of experience of doing this shows. She displays the difference between someone who has only worked in a up market and one who has worked in all markets. She is VERY dedicated and I recommend her highly.

ZillowVERIFIED Linda has been an amazing agent. Her knowledge of the market is very impressive, so is her professional but friendly approach to clients. What makes her stand above rest of the other agents, is her interest to work with you as her client. We have been searching for a summer house in Florida for several months, contacted several agents that after exchanging few emails or phone calls lost interest to work with us. Not Linda! She responded to all our emails, many times within an hour. Yes within an hour even on Sundays! We highly recommend Linda as number one real estate agent and will use her services for all future real estate needs.P&E, Ontario, Canada

ZillowVERIFIED Linda is an outstanding realtor. She is courteous and professional, and takes a sincere interest in her clients. She is attentive to the client's desires and needs, and acts accordingly. She assisted me in my first home purchase, and despite a cantankerous and disagreeable seller, she ensured that my end of the transaction went as smoothly as possible. Whenever I am facing another home purchase, Linda will be my first and only call.
