First I would get pre-qualified. It is easier to find the perfect home if you know what you can afford. It is hard to start looking at one price point then can only purchase at a lower price point
Make sure it is picture ready. For the most part you can not just stick a sign in the yard and expect to sell. Needs to be clean and decluttered.

My most recent transaction was a young lady who just lost her husband from a heart attack. 49 years young. I sold her home and we purchased a home. It was a sad transaction that needed alot of patience which I was right there for her. Lots of tears and hugs
My husband was a builder and decided I should be the one that sold his homes. Then when the economy tanked and he could not sell his new builds, I had to step up to the plate and really start selling homes. Now he does not build much and I love working with clients
