ZillowVERIFIEDBeing a first time home buyer was extremely scary and I didn't know what to expect. The first realtor I had sucked. So I reached out to my lender and they connected me with Linda. She is absolutely amazing. So down to earth and honest. She didn't push me into a house just to make a sale. And never hesitated to see a property and say No! She looked at the things I didn't see and pointed out things and potential problems. Hands down the perfect realtor!

ZillowVERIFIED Linda was phenomenal! I honestly don't think we could have done it without her. We began coordination with her over the internet. We ended up looking at about 11 houses total. Linda has a good eye for questionable problems. She noticed various issues which sent us for the door. Most of those were foundation issues. For context, we were traveling between 4.5-6 hours from home to look at houses in Ohio. We will be using her again in the future and you would be better off to have her by your side during your home search or sale.

ZillowVERIFIED Our experience with Linda couldnt have been better. On a professional level she was guiding and supporting us the entire way. She made sure we didnt settle or end up with something we would regret. On a personal level, she is genuinely just a great person to be around. Our kids now refer to her as Auntie Linda. If you are looking for an awesome home buying or selling experience your search stops here. Thank you again for everything!

ZillowVERIFIED We met Linda randomly through going and seeing a home. That home didnt work out and that start our home buying journey with Linda. We were under pressure because we had to be out from our current home so we had a timeline to find a home. With that being said Linda got us into homes quick, listened to all our request and found us many options. We had to of went to well over 20 homes over a month or two timeframe and Linda was there every step of the way with a smile. Her communication was top notch, as well as her knowledge of what passes inspections and what wouldnt. She made us feel comfortable the whole time. Thanks Linda.

ZillowVERIFIED THIS WAS MY FIRST EXPERIENCE WITH LINDA. I WAS REFERRED TO HER BY A BROKER WHO HAS WORKED WITH HER MANY TIMES IN THE PAST. MY HOUSE JUST SOLD YESTERDAY AND I CAN ASSURE YOU IT WOULD NOT HAVE HAPPENED WITHOUT HER!! AS SOON AS IT WAS ON THE MARKET, WE HAD A SHOWING ALMOST EVERYDAY THE FIRST TWO WEEKS. BEING A SEASONED REALTOR, LINDA KNEW THINGS THAT CERTAIN LENDERS WOULD REQUIRE AND SHE WORKED WITH US TO GET IT READY. WE HAD A CONTRACT ON IT IN A LITTLE OVER A MONTH AND I AM SO GRATEFUL FOR ALL THE EXTRA THINGS SHE DID. ALSO SHE REFERRED OUR BUYER TO A LENDER SHE WAS FAMILIAR WITH AND IT CLOSED IN LESS THAN 30 DAYS. I REALLY WANT TO STRESS THAT LINDA WILL DO WHATEVER IT TAKES TO LIST AND SELL YOUR HOUSE. SHE IS MY REALTOR AND IT'S LIKE YOU ARE DEALING WITH AN OLD FRIEND. THANK YOU...VIVIAN LALU

ZillowVERIFIED Linda is honest and attentive. Don't know how she does it, but manages everything well (calls/text/emails). Most importantly Linda does not push you to buy any house, she patiently works on getting something you can call home. My friends and family are so pleased with the way she helped me that they now only want to work exclusively with her. You won't be disappointed when choosing her as buyer, seller, or dual agent.

ZillowVERIFIED Linda showed me homes all over northeast Ohio. She was very timely, kind, and professional. I was not a buyer with much money, but she treated me like I was just as important as someone who was looking for an expensive home. In the end. we found the home we believe is the one we were to buy. When and if we sell, Linda will definitely be our listing agent.

ZillowVERIFIED Linda was very personal and made us feel comfortable. When we saw the house we purchased on Zillow Linda couldnt show house right away, so she made sure to find someone to show it to us the next day. If she hadnt gone out of her way to get us a showing we may have lost our chance to buy home.
