When I searched the internet, I was very impressed with the timely and professional response from PATTY ROSEBERY and LINDA PITZER (The Power of Two at Long Realty). We had email contact until I was able to meet them at my Arizona home. I am a retired attorney, and I am very careful of my business choices. ROSEBERY AND PITZER came extremely well prepared with verbal and written information to the excess. But the best information I got, was how intelligent, energetic, and personable the two women were. I hired them on the spot! This home sale was not the usual real estate transaction. There were multiple problems with Joint ownership. ROSEBERY and PITZER handled every situation with their above listed attributes and plenty of patience and research skills. They also handled the many needs of home sales, and I did not have to do anything except deny or agree. There was no need to deny any of their decisions as the women handled everything so well, including sending some of my items to charities. ROSEBERY and PITZER were also so knowledgeable about home sales on a daily basis, and realistically advised (but never dictated) me on pricing et cetera. I live several states away from my 90+ year old parents, but thankfully Linda was able to cover for my absence by serving as a type of stand-in daughter providing the ongoing assistance they required. She was able to sell my parents home within a week or two of listing it and found buyers who paid more than the asking price. Linda went way above and beyond with the professionalism, services, and care she provided. She helped my parents dig through files to find the documents required for listing and sale. She even drove to their home to do a "well check" when I hadn't been able to reach them for a couple of days. Linda kept me informed about the progress and let me know when my parents needed my assistance. This review provides just a sampling of the many ways Linda facilitated this home sale. I owned, managed and maintained seven rental properties in Sun City, Arizona that I acquired over a period of twenty-five years. My first experience with Linda Pitzer was when she matched one of her customers with one of my rentals. From that point forward I never put up a for rent sign. Linda filled every vacancy I had. She would begin working the properties even before the vacancy occurred and had new tenants waiting for me. Additionally all of Linda's customers who became tenants spoke highly of her. In 2017, after 32 years of building and managing the rental business, and after years of deliberation, and upon obtaining the age 70 I decided it was time to sale the rental properties. I gave Linda the opportunity of selling my property because she had been so good at providing great tenants for our properties during the prior year. I provided her with one property to sell, my largest rental across the street from View Point Lake. She listed and sold that property in less than 45 days! During the period of October through December 2018, as the properties became available, I had Linda list and sale our remaining six properties. Five were sold by Thanksgiving of 2018 and the sixth was sold before the end of December! All these properties were sold at or above appraised values. That is a very pretty remarkable record of accomplishment by anybodys standard!

ZillowVERIFIED This May I was pressed for time to sell a townhouse in Sun City which was part of my mother's estate. On May 21st I posted "For Sale by Owner" signs at the townhouse, knowing nothing of current home values or what I would offer as a selling price. Early in the AM of May 22nd, I got a call from Linda who told me she was a realtor and wanted to see the place. I agreed and when we first met with Linda and Patty, I felt comfortable with their knowledge of not only what I needed to do to sell but also their experience in the Sun City area. Basically they asked me how much I would like to walk away with free and clear. Linda immediately assured me that the figure was certainly attainable based on current home values. I gave a verbal okay for her to be the agent for my mother's estate,and signed contract papers the next day. It was not more than two days before Linda let me know about an offer. Though this offer did not materialize, the very next one did, and I was signing closing documents on June 9th. On June 19rh, I received a check from the title company for the full amount. In less than 30 days Linda and Patti had completely effectuated this entire transaction from start to end. Linda made sure that HOA dues and a bank note were paid from the funds at closing, taking care of a task I was not looking forward to. I basically did nothing but let these professionals do their thing. And they sure did.
