This means keeping myself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to your needs. This "client first" philosophy has always been my approach and it requires me to continually improve my skills and ways of doing business. In addition, I've found that the latest technologies are enabling me to do everything I've always done, only much more quickly and efficiently. They've also helped me to extend the range of services I provide to my clients. FAQ
1. What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
Don't wait. The right time to buy to a home is when you are ready. Waiting for the "right market" or "better rates" will only delay you moving toward your goals. Rates may be a bit higher ( 2023) but prices continue to climb. If you wait for a better rate. you will most likely pay a higher pruchase price. You can always refinance when the rates settle down but you cannot go back and pay less for the home. Also, get your preapproval in place before you start looking so when you find your dream home, you are ready to act quickly and present a strong preapproved offer.
2. What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
Seller always ask, should I wait until spring? Spring market is the strongest market in AMine but you will also have more competition because everyone lists in the spring. In the "off season" you will not get as many showings, but you have more motivated buyers if they are shopping in the middle of January for instance. Also, do the work! Get your home prepared for sale so it shows well right out of the gate. Listen to the advice from your agent regarding, packing, cleaning, staging... It does make a difference!
3. What types of clients have you worked with?
All types of clients from first time buyers, VA buyers, second home buyers, investors, relocation buyers and sellers, and in all price ranges from starter homes to multi-million dollar homes.
4. How did you get started in Real Estate?
My husband was urging me to try real estate after many years of owning our own medical supply business and I had previously owned a children's retail shoppe. I wanted to wait until my youngest graduated high school so I could devote full time to the new venture. I started in 2004 which was a hot market and have been going strong ever since then.
5. Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
I always take as many CE courses as are available because it is a great way to hear what is going on in the market and other agents experiences. I also have by ABR, Accredited Buyer designation, CSR, Certified Residental Specialist and PSA, Pricing Strategy Advisor designations from NAR, National Assoc of REALTORS. I have taught the sales agent licensing classes at our local community college and Buyer Education courses over the years

Linda made the sale very quick and painless, providing expert advice and local resources to bring the sale to a close. There is a lot you need to know for a home sale and it was nice to have someone to take the worry and uncertainty out of the process so I could focus on the decisions that needed to be made without disrupting my life otherwise.

Linda was great to work with, I would have no hesitations with working with her again. She provided helpful ideas and suggestions for repairs/upgrades that were needed to make the condo more marketable.

Linda was so helpful and responsive throughout our entire home buying process. She was very accommodating, considerate, knowledgeable, and reliable. We were first time home buyers from out of state and had plenty of questions! Linda was able to answer them all. We definitely recommend her services.

We have worked with Linda multiple times over the years. She has helped us buy two homes and sell two homes. She has also shown us several properties when we were considering moving. She is very patient working through the process and the many issues you confront with what is probably the biggest investment of your lifetime. We never felt a hint of pressure from her and would always recommend her first for anyone, buying of selling.

She got my wife and I our dream home and never gave up along the way. She worked through the paperwork tirelessly and helped motivate us and direct us to resources when we needed them. She always was upfront and honest with us and gave us good feedback about every house and decision we made. 110% score for her, she hit it out of the park and was there for us every step of the way! Would recommend absolutely!
